What this program is

DaveWays SMS Inquiry Follow-Up is operated by DaveWays, a brand of Mirai Yushutsu Global Venture LLP. If you submit the contact form at daveways.com and tick the optional text-message box, DaveWays will text you from +1 (872) 224-4362 about your inquiry only: confirming a call time, answering a question, or following up on what you asked. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and this program is not used to text people on behalf of other businesses.

How you opt in

Tick the unchecked box next to the phone number field on https://www.daveways.com/contact/ (the same box appears on the contact form on our homepage). The box reads: “I agree to receive texts from DaveWays about my inquiry. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.” You can submit the form without ticking it, and we will not text you unless you do. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of getting a reply. You can see the checkbox on its own at https://www.daveways.com/sms-consent/.

Message frequency varies with your inquiry; most people receive only a few messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You’ll receive one final message confirming that you’ve been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. You can also opt out by emailing contact@daveways.com. To opt back in, reply START or submit the form again with the box ticked.

Reply HELP for help, email contact@daveways.com, or call +1 (872) 224-4362. We respond within 4 business hours (9 AM to 5 PM Central, Monday to Friday).

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
