Who operates this service

DaveWays is a brand of Mirai Yushutsu Global Venture LLP, registered in India ("DaveWays," "we," "us"). We operate from India.

Who this policy covers

  • Visitors — anyone browsing daveways.com.
  • Prospects — anyone who fills out the contact form on our homepage or contact page.

What we collect

  • Website analytics — Google Analytics 4 records standard usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) from site visitors. See “Advertising and analytics” below.
  • Contact form — name, business name, trade, quotes sent per month, typical job value, how you send quotes, phone, email, country, and whether you ticked the optional box to receive texts about your inquiry.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry and to understand which pages and traffic sources are useful so we can improve them.

Text messages

  • Texts from DaveWays. If you submit our contact form and tick the optional, unchecked consent box, we may text you from the DaveWays number about your inquiry only. The box reads: “I agree to receive texts from DaveWays about my inquiry. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.” See our SMS Terms and the SMS consent checkbox.
  • Opting out. Reply STOP to any text. We stop right away and record the opt-out so the number is not texted again.

Advertising and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking (for contact-form submissions), which use cookies to measure visits and tell us which ads led to a form submission. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, both run in Google’s Consent Mode with ad and analytics storage set to “denied,” so no analytics or advertising cookies are stored and Google receives only limited, cookieless measurement signals. For visitors elsewhere, including the United States, these cookies are set when you visit unless you turn them off in Cookie Settings.

You can opt out at any time: install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, turn off personalized ads in My Ad Center, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies won’t stop the site from working.

Third-party processors

  • Twilio (Twilio Inc.) — provides the DaveWays phone number, sends texts about inquiries to people who ticked the consent box on our contact form, and processes STOP and HELP replies.
  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — receives form submissions from this site and forwards them to contact@daveways.com.
  • Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) — website analytics and ad conversion tracking.
  • Hostinger — hosts this website and our contact@daveways.com mailbox.

We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates. Our service providers, such as Twilio, which delivers our texts, process this data only to send messages on our behalf.

Retention

  • Contact form: kept as long as needed to respond to you, typically no longer than 24 months unless you become a client.
  • Texts about your inquiry with DaveWays: kept for 90 days.
  • Opt-out records: records of STOP requests are kept for as long as we operate the number, so opted-out numbers are never texted again.

Asking for deletion. Email contact@daveways.com with your phone number or email address. We delete the data and confirm within 30 days.

Your rights

Whether you visit this site or contact us, you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@daveways.com. If you're a California resident, CCPA/CPRA gives you additional rights to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information.

Cross-border data transfer

DaveWays operates from India. If you're located in the United States or elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in India, and by the third-party processors listed above, which may be located in other countries. By using this site or submitting a form, you consent to this transfer.

Cookies

Google Analytics and Google Ads set analytics and advertising cookies for visitors outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, as described above; they aren’t set for visitors inside those regions. When you first visit, a Cookie Settings popup lets you accept all cookies, reject analytics and advertising cookies, or choose each type. Your choice is saved in your browser for 12 months, and you can change it any time with the Cookie Settings link in the footer. Functional cookies, if any, are limited to what’s needed for the site to work correctly.
