DaveWays offers a 30-day refund policy for digital product purchases.

30-day refund terms

If a product is not a good fit, contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@daveways.com. Include the email used at checkout and your order reference if available.

Paddle processing

Purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds may be issued through Paddle to the original payment method, subject to Paddle processing timelines.

Digital products

Because files are delivered digitally, DaveWays may ask for enough information to verify the order and understand the issue before processing a refund.
