The monthly fee is our team’s management fee. We collect your quotes, write the follow-up with you, send it in your business’s name, handle the replies and book the homeowners who are ready to talk. Month-to-month, 30 days’ notice to cancel.
Quote Follow-Up Desk
Management fee · Month-to-month, 30 days’ notice to cancel
- Up to 100 new quotes a month, then $5 for each extra quote
- No setup fee.
- We collect your open and past quotes from your quoting app, a spreadsheet or paper
- We write the sequence in your voice, and you approve every message before anything is sent
- We send texts from your business number, registered with the carriers (A2P 10DLC) in your business’s name, and email from your address
- We handle replies and book re-inspections or estimate calls on your calendar
- We text you as soon as a homeowner is ready to talk
- We stop right away on STOP, on “no” or when asked, and tell you
- A monthly report: quotes followed up, replies, appointments booked and opt-outs
This price is for contractors whose typical job is $2,000 or more.
Example: What A Month Costs
- You send 80 new quotes in a month: you pay $699.
- You send 120 new quotes in a month: the first 100 are covered by the $699 fee and the other 20 are $5 each, so you pay $699 + $100 = $799.
- If your typical job is $2,000, one extra job closed in a month brings in $2,000 of work against the $699 fee.

Terms, In Plain English
- Free 14-day trial, counted from go-live. No card needed. At the end you get the report and decide whether to continue. If you don’t, you owe nothing.
- Month-to-month after that. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
- The monthly fee pays for our team’s ongoing work and covers up to 100 new quotes a month. Each new quote above that is $5.
- No setup fee.
- You confirm that every homeowner on your quote list asked you for a quote. We only message those people.
- Texts go from your business number and email from your address. If you leave, both stay yours, and we send you your quote list and message history on request.
- Appropriate U.S. tax documentation is available on request during client onboarding.

Common Pricing Questions
Am I locked into a contract?
No. It’s month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We run your follow-up free for the first 14 days after go-live. Then you get a report of every quote we followed up, every reply and anything booked, and you decide whether to continue. If you don’t, you owe nothing.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There’s no setup fee, and nothing is charged during the free 14-day trial.
Who is the price for?
Contractors who send written quotes for jobs of about $2,000 or more: basement waterproofing and foundation repair, roofing, remodeling, HVAC replacement, fencing and hardscaping.
Do I need to change my CRM or quoting app?
No. Keep using Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, a spreadsheet or paper. We work from a list of your quotes, and on the kickoff call we agree the easiest way for you to get it to us.
If I cancel, what happens to my number and my data?
You keep both. Your business number and email address were always yours, and we send you your quote list and message history on request.
