DaveWays runs quote follow-up for contractors who send written estimates for jobs of $2,000 or more. When a homeowner asks you for a quote, we follow up by text and email in your business’s name, handle the replies and book the ones who are ready to talk on your calendar. I’m Vikram Dave, and I run DaveWays.
Before this, DaveWays ran Google Search Ads for small businesses. Ads can bring in the lead, but they can’t follow up on the estimate. That part usually falls to the owner or the estimator, who is already on the next job.

Who Runs This
DaveWays is run by a team based in Nagpur, India, and we’re upfront about that. Support is staffed during U.S. business hours (Central time), and we reply to every message within 4 business hours (9 AM to 5 PM Central, Monday to Friday).
Homeowners don’t hear from a company they’ve never dealt with. Texts go from your business number and email from your address, in your business’s name, because they asked you for the quote.
